MAKING A COMPLAINT

At Para Hills High School, we understand that things can go wrong and you may feel that your expectations are not being met.

As a first step, we encourage you to contact our friendly administration staff as they will be best equipped to direct your enquiry to the appropriate person. Once assessed, the complaint will be raised to the relevant staff who can best assist and address any concerns.

If you are not satisfied that your complaint has been addressed within the school, you may contact the Department of Education’s Customer Feedback Unit (CFU) for further assistance.
